If you experience any issues, there are two ways that you can contact us. We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours.
In-app help center. Inside your GetUpside app:
- Click on the three lines in the top left corner and then navigate to the "Help" section.
- Click on the blue pen icon in the lower right to open a conversation and tell us about your issue.
You can also email our support team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org using the email address that’s linked to your GetUpside account.
GetUpside does not offer support over the phone. That way we’re able to catalogue all our correspondence with you so we can provide you with the best ongoing support, and that record also provides you with proof of who you talked to, and if/how an issue was resolved should you ever need to reference that information in the future.
