In-app help center
Within your GetUpside app:
1. Click on the three lines in the top left corner and then navigate to the "Help" section.
2. Click on the blue pen icon in the lower right to open a conversation and tell us about your issue.
You can also email our support team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At this time, we do not offer phone support. There are a few reasons for this: First, as you may know, we're a small startup, and keeping our costs down enables us to pass on the most cash back to our users. Second, our email and in-app interactions are catalogued and easily searchable by our support team, which helps us provide the best support to individual users on an ongoing basis. Third, and perhaps most importantly, email interactions allow you, our users, to have a record of your interaction -- so you have proof of who you talked to, and if/how an issue was resolved, should you ever need to reference that information in the future.
