The picture of my receipt was denied. How do I resubmit it?

There are two ways to resubmit a receipt, depending on why your receipt was rejected:

For receipts denied due to missing information or a blurry photo:

  • Go to Menu >> History and find the offer with the issue.
  • Click on the offer that was denied, then click on either the gas offer or the GetUpside Credit offer to see more details.
  • At the bottom of the next screen, you'll see the option to resubmit your receipt or send us a message. Click Resubmit Receipts.
  • Follow the prompts and send the new picture on its way!

For receipts denied due to wrong time stamp or wrong location:

  • Follow the prompts above, but click on Send Us a Message instead of Resubmit Receipts as our support staff will need to review your offer/receipt.

    Btw - you can find your missing offers by click Left Nav -> History

    Once you select the offer you want to resubmit a receipt for, click on it, then click "Tap to learn more" next to "1 issue found" - that will pull up the screen you see above and you can resubmit or send a message.
