The picture of my receipt was denied. How do I resubmit it?

For a receipt that's been denied, here's how you can resubmit:


  • Go to Menu >> History and find the offer with the issue.
  • Click on the offer that was denied.
  • At the top of the screen, you'll see "Issues," where we explain what's incorrect about the receipt. 
  • If you think we missed something, you'll see the option to Resubmit Receipt at the bottom of the screen. Tap the button, follow the prompts, and send the new picture.
