There are two ways to resubmit a receipt, depending on why your receipt was rejected:
For receipts denied due to missing information or a blurry photo:
- Click on the offer that was denied, then click on either the gas offer or the Upside Credit offer to see more details.
- At the bottom of the next screen, you'll see the option to resubmit your receipt or send us a message. Click Resubmit Receipts.
- Follow the prompts and send the new picture on its way!
For receipts denied due to wrong time stamp or wrong location:
- Follow the prompts above, but click on Send Us a Message instead of Resubmit Receipts as our support staff will need to review your offer/receipt.
