The picture of my receipt was denied. How do I resubmit it?

For a receipt that's been denied, here's how you can resubmit:

  • Go to Menu >> History and find the offer with the issue.
  • Click on the offer that was denied.
  • At the top of the screen, you'll see "Issues," where we list what's incorrect about the receipt. 
  • If you think we missed something, at the bottom of the screen, you'll see the option to Resubmit Receipt. Tap the button, follow the prompts, and send the new picture on its way!

    Btw - you can find your missing offers by click Left Nav -> History

    Once you select the offer you want to resubmit a receipt for, click on it, then click "Tap to learn more" next to "1 issue found" - that will pull up the screen you see above and you can resubmit or send a message.

    So you can’t submit a receipt without accepting an offer first?

    Correct! You have to claim the offer first, then upload your receipt. :)
