For a receipt that's been denied, here's how you can resubmit:
- Go to Menu >> History and find the offer with the issue.
- Click on the offer that was denied.
- At the top of the screen, you'll see "Issues," where we list what's incorrect about the receipt.
- If you think we missed something, at the bottom of the screen, you'll see the option to Resubmit Receipt. Tap the button, follow the prompts, and send the new picture on its way!
