For a receipt that's been denied, here's how you can resubmit:
- Go to Menu >> History and find the offer with the issue.
- Click on the offer that was denied.
- At the top of the screen, you'll see "Issues," where we explain what's incorrect about the receipt.
- If you think we missed something, you'll see the option to Resubmit Receipt at the bottom of the screen. Tap the button, follow the prompts, and send the new picture.
